Welcome to CULTIVATE PILATES

Hello and welcome to my at home studio! I’m Claire Brunelli, NPCP certified Pilates instructor, teaching from my lovely home in Austin, Tx. I believe empowering my clients to understand their bodies and helping them achieve their physical goals is my true calling. I’ve spent most of my life learning how to create nourishing movement and exploring all that the human body is capable of.

If you are looking for a safe space to develop and nurture your body, CULTIVATE PILATES can help. I offer personalized in home private lessons using the Reformer, Tower, Chair and Ladder Barrel. I also love to create mini communities of movers with my virtual mat class for those seeking movement in a group setting.

Cultivate Pilates was featured in VoyageAustin Magazine’s Inspiring Stories series. Check out the lovely Exploring Life & Business article here.

What People Are Saying

“I have been taking in-person reformer classes and virtual mat pilates classes with Claire regularly for over the past year. She is a fantastic teacher that is always engaged and constantly creating new challenges for her clients while personalizing their experience in the group setting. She has modified practices for me specifically for pregnancy and this has allowed me to continue to stay active and to feel great in my third trimester! I highly recommend her to all clients but especially to those with unique needs given her ability to personalize the pilates experience.”

“I have nothing but positive things to say about Claire. Her knowledge and expertise in the field is very strong. I appreciate how closely she watches my technique and makes adjustments as she sees fit. This is important to me as I think there are a lot of ways to do pilates incorrectly. Her attitude is always positive and high energy, and she is a joy to have as a teacher. She thinks outside the box in our workouts, always doing different exercises or pushing harder on the routine exercises. I have definitely noticed changes in my core strength and my back pain is much less. I was never one to have daily back pain, but I feel I was headed that way. Happy with the added strength and flexibility.”

Claire is an intuitive, natural when it comes to knowing what my body needs. She's like a small pack of archeologists that travel through my channels, excavating my habits, what needs to shift to accommodate pain, and then shifting my movement to provide ease. She's helped me learn to use muscles that have been locked up around my shoulder tear, so that there's no danger of aggravating the injury. She challenges me just enough for me to know that I can do more, and that there's always room for improvement.”
